BriefIntroduction

VFW-15000Ⅳcomputercontrolled vertical field filament winding machine is especiallysuitable for field filament winding of FRP vessels and pipes withheavy caliber. This winding machine is capable of winding FRPvessels and pipes with a diameter of 4-15 meters based on propermandrel. Its controlling center has been adopted PC industrialcontrol computer, which manufactured by Yanhua Corporation Ltd,Taiwan. If the parameters of the wound products being inputted thecomputer, the design of the linearity for winding of the productwill be completed automatically; and control the combined movementsup and down between the rolling mandrel and the running trolley;then evenly bestrew the resin-saturate fiber on the inner liner byrules. This filament winding machine combines technology withscience; its movements such as rotating of mandrel, moving up anddown of trolley and lying of winding yard are accurately controlledby computer software. The FRP products wound by this machine arewidely applied in the area of chemical, oil, electricity/power,brewage. Its advantages such as reasonable structure, futuramicdesign, convenient operation, reasonable interface between operatorand machine, smaller space at jobsite compared with horizontalmachine and lower cost of transportation are in good graces to FRPprofession.
