2. Preparation of raw material
Thespecification and type of the material are determined in accordancewith the working condition, the procured material need to beinspected and to issue the inspection report.

4.Fabrication of inner liner
Put the mandrel of the pipeonto the proper position, wind a ply of polyester film on it, pastea ply of gelcoat, after gelled; then wind glass surface veil andchopped mat, rewind the cellular fabrics, at last lift the mandrelfinished the fabrication of inner liner to curing station forsolidifying.
5.Winding of structurallayer
Put the cured inner liner with mandrel onto thewinding position; wind the E-glass winding roving immersed resinonto the cured inner liner according to the designed program andprocedure. The outer resin should be filled the UV absorbent androlled by polyester film, this way can make the outer surface smoothand beautiful, meantime can resist ageing, at last lift the pipewith mandrel to curing station for solidifying.
6. Repairing anddemoulding
Put the cured pipe with mandrel onto the repairingposition, grind and cut the two ends of the pipe, once meet therequirement, then put them onto the demoulding position, draw themandrel from the finished pipe, then the fabrication of the pipe isover and deliver it for inspection.

1. Corrosion resistantproperty
The FRP pipe can resist the corrosion of thefollowing media, such as acid, alkaline, salt, seawater, untreatedwaste water, corrosive soil or underground water and many kind ofchemical fluid.
2. Weatherproof property
Theusage scope of FRP pipe is between minus 40 centigrade and positive80 centigrade, if use the special resin, it can resist more highertemperature.
3. Light weight, high strength andconvenient transportation and installation
The specificgravity is 1.7~1.9, compare with the other material pipe with samepressure and same diameter, the weight per unit length is approx 30%of carbon steel pipe. So the transportation and installation arevery convenient, its length per piece can reach 12 meters long, soit can install quickly and conveniently. Else, it can save thefollowing procedures, such as the welding, rust removal andcorrosion resistant treatment of carbon steel pipe.
4.Low friction resistance and high conveying capacity
Theinner surface of FRP pipe is very smooth, the roughness factor issmall, the water conservancy factor can be kept within the 140~150,the actual measured water fluid friction loss factor f is 0.000915,it can decrease the pressure loss obviously, improve the conveyingcapacity above 20%.
5. Good electric and thermalinsulation property
FRP is nonconductor, the insulationproperty is good, and it is applicable for the power transmissionand communication cable thick area and thunder area. The thermalconduction factor is only (0.25kcal/m.h.℃). So it has good thermalinsulation property, the heat loss is very small.
6.Rust-free
As the reason of FRP pipe is made of syntheticresin and glass roving, not only in warehouse, but also in use,there no rust to gather, so doesn't need the rust-prooftreatment.
7. High designability
The concreteproperty and shape of FRP pipe can be designed in accordance withthe actual working condition. Such as: a. the winding angle can bedesigned upon the different requirements for the axial strength andhoop strength; b. the thickness can be designed upon the differentrequirements for the pressure; c. the material can be designed uponthe different requirements for the corrosion-resistance, fire-proofand conduction; d. The joint type can be designed upon the differentrequirements for the installation condition.
8. Flexiblejoint types
